Leading a healthy lifestyle is the objective most of us seek to achieve. One of the critical components of leading a healthy lifestyle is eating nutritious food in reasonable portions.
Eating more salads can be one of the keys to leading a healthy lifestyle because vegetables have lots of necessary vitamins and minerals and you can eat a lot of low-calorie food if you eat more greens.
Just watch out for the salad dressing. There are 120 calories in just one tablespoon of oil. I often recommend a Greek yogurt based salad dressing, such as the Bolthouse brand to keep the calories down.
