  • I provide professional guidance and ongoing accountability to support you as you make sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • We schedule 30-minute weekly sessions, either in person or virtually, to set realistic action plans and prepare for upcoming challenges.
  • Between sessions, I’m available via text or email for additional support and guidance whenever you need it.
  • Rather than focusing solely on the number on the scale, I monitor your progress by changes in your body and how your clothes fit.
  • If you prefer to track weight, you can expect a safe and steady weight loss of about 1–2 pounds per week.
  • Our approach centers on eating healthy foods in reasonable portions, making it manageable and enjoyable.
  • You’re encouraged to take any food prep shortcuts that work for your lifestyle—I cook very little, and you don’t have to unless you want to.
